Walt Disney
Issue #8
Hello Tiny Maverick 👋
Today, I'm going to share a story about how Walt Disney created one of the biggest brands the world has ever seen.
Walt Disney was a tiny maverick who loved to draw ✏️
From a young age, he would spend hours sketching pictures of animals and people.
He dreamed of making them come to life on the big screen, but many people thought his ideas were silly and would never work.
Despite what others thought, Walt continued to draw and create cartoons. He made cartoons with his friend, and they sold them to local theatres.
Eventually, Walt came up with a character that would change everything - a mouse named Mickey.
Mickey Mouse became very famous and everyone loved him.
But making cartoons wasn't always easy for Walt.
He faced many challenges, like running out of money and losing some of his cartoons in a fire. Each time, Walt had to pick himself up and keep going.
He believed in his dream and never gave up.
Eventually, Walt built a huge company that made movies, TV shows, and even theme parks. He created new characters like Donald Duck, Goofy, and many others.
He built a magical place called Disneyland, where families could go and have fun together.
Walt Disney's legacy lives on today.
People all around the world continue to watch his movies, visit his theme parks, and enjoy the characters he created.
His creativity and determination inspired many people, young and old, to follow their dreams and never give up.
